Flexi Store Self Storage

Flexi Store is a self-storage facility in the Fairland and Weltevredenpark area of Johannesburg's north-west. Unit sizes are 4.5, 6, 9, 14, 15, 18 and 27 m², and an online space estimator helps with choosing. Tenants can sign up at an on-site appointment or online through an application form and a refundable deposit.

Security is the main focus of the site. It has 24-hour on-site and off-site CCTV monitoring with analytics, on-site guards with armed response back-up, an electrified perimeter fence with off-site sensor monitoring and random patrols. Access control covers both the site and individual units, and unregistered helpers must stay with a registered user. Each unit door has its own alarm that sends live access notifications, and doors take tenants' own locks in two places. Boxes and packaging are sold on site.
