About
HSM Storage is a self-managed storage complex in Kya Sands Business Park, Randburg, rented to household and business customers for short or long periods. It has five unit sizes, from a 3 by 3 unit for the contents of a bachelor flat to a 6 by 6 unit that takes a house's contents plus a car. An 8 by 4 unit suits caravans and boats.
Units have roller shutter doors and take two of the tenant's own padlocks. Each client gets a personal access code that works from 07:00 to 18:30, seven days a week, and the system logs entry dates and times. Security includes a 24-hour guard, armed response, electrified perimeter fencing and CCTV. Paved roads run between the blocks.
