JH Retief Transport

JH Retief Transport is a furniture removal company based in Stikland, Bellville, with a second branch in Johannesburg. It was founded in Bellville in the 1950s and stores household goods in modern, fully palletised warehouses in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The company moves households, offices and shopfitting loads for individuals, companies and government departments, and transports pets and vehicles. It offers depot-to-depot transport of small loads between its Cape Town and Johannesburg depots, shuttle services, and shared loads on long-distance routes. Goods are wrapped in blankets, upholstery is covered in plastic, and wooden crates are made for valuable items. Its vehicles are tracked. JH Retief is BBBEE Level 1 accredited and a member of PMA, AMOSA and the Road Freight Association.
