Kempton Self Storage is a newly built self-storage facility in the Chloorkop area of Kempton Park, created by Henig Property Group, which founded Edenvale Self Storage in 2015. Unit sizes range from 1m x 2m and 3m x 2m on the first floor to 3m x 1.5m, 4m x 3m and 6m x 3m on the ground floor. Some ground-floor units come with a loft for extra space.

The facility is surrounded by 3m perimeter walls and electric fencing, with CCTV, access control at entry and exit, and an alarm linked to armed response. Units are rented month to month to individuals and businesses, for short or long periods.
