Mini Storage

Mini Storage is an owner-run self-storage facility in Eastleigh, Edenvale, operating for more than 20 years. It stores personal possessions as well as goods for small, medium and large businesses, in two unit sizes.

All units are on the ground floor with face-brick walls and entrances, and customers can park directly in front of their unit. Each unit has its own alarm, which only the customer can arm and disarm. Security personnel are on site 24 hours a day, an armed response service is based nearby, and the perimeter walls and driveways are covered by infrared beams and cameras.

New customers sign a conditions-of-storage document and are vetted. Everyone entering must complete an entrance register that staff check, so only customers get through the gate.
