About
N2 Storage is a purpose-built self-storage yard in Pacaltsdorp, George, just off the N2. It has four sizes of lock-up garage from 4 by 3 m to 6.5 by 3 m, each with its own roller door and concrete floor, plus 6 m sealed steel containers and shaded carports for caravans, boats and trailers up to 7 m. Internal lanes are wide enough to reverse a trailer to the door.
The perimeter is electrified and tied into an alarm, CCTV covers every block and lane, infrared beams arm after hours, and armed response is on standby 24 hours. Tenants open the gate by calling from a registered phone. Access is Monday to Saturday during the day, and the site is closed on Sundays. Agreements are 12-month contracts with a two-month minimum, a one-month deposit and a calendar month's notice.
