Secured Storage

Secured Storage is a lock-up storage facility in Rocky Drift, between Nelspruit and White River, about 1 km from the R40. It has 732 units, from 6 square metre storerooms to 18 square metre (6 by 3 m) garages, built in 230 mm brick with steel roll-up doors and seamless roofs. Carports and open parking take vehicles, boats and caravans.

Tenants have access 24 hours a day, every day, opening the electric gate with the G-Remote phone app. A 1.8 m brick wall topped with an electric fence surrounds the site, which has security lighting, cameras, guards on duty around the clock and armed response. The paved yard takes trucks up to furniture-removal size. The minimum rental is one month, with a one-month refundable deposit and one month's notice. The facility belongs to the Tony Lagerwey group.
