Storage Mosselbay

Storage Mossel Bay has rented self-storage units in Heiderand, Mossel Bay, since 2006, for personal and business use. Its units are garage-style, 6 by 3 m (18 square metres) and 3 m high, typically holding one to one and a half rooms of furniture or 40 to 50 medium boxes. They are insulated, fireproof, waterproof, and dust and vermin controlled.

Security includes strict access control, guards on site 24 hours a day, a 2 m solid brick wall with electric fencing, infrared perimeter beams, floodlights and a monitored alarm. Tenants fit their own padlock and can nominate others to access the unit. Access is on weekdays and Saturday mornings, with after-hours entry by prior arrangement. Rental runs per calendar month with a one-month minimum, and tenants arrange insurance. Locks are sold at the office.
