Storage Q

Storage Q is a self-storage facility in Protea Heights, Brackenfell, with units on two levels. Units range from 6 m² to 12 m², enough for a two-bedroom or small three-bedroom house, and also suit businesses storing old documents or stock overflow. Businesses may not be run from the units, and vehicles are not accepted.

Security includes 24-hour CCTV, motion-sensor beams on both levels, an alarm with armed response, an electric fence and controlled access. Tenants bring their own lock and are responsible for insuring their goods. A deposit of one month's rent and the first month's rent are paid upfront. Contracts end with 14 days' notice before a month end. The office is open on weekdays.
