Storage

Home 2 Storage runs more than 140 storage units in Ravenswood, Boksburg, and describes itself as the first self-storage facility on the East Rand set in a residential area. Units range from 9 square metre half units through 18 square metre single units, which fit a family sedan, to large units of 23 to 36 square metres.

Each unit has its own alarm. Guards are on site 24 hours a day, and on- and off-site camera monitoring is linked to an armed response company. Tenants open the gate from their phone and can drive up to their unit, with access every day during gate hours. There is no deposit. The first lease runs for at least three months and then continues month to month. Vehicles, trailers, jet skis, business equipment and archive files can all be stored.
