Storage Spot, Self Storage Facility in Cape Town

Storage Spot is a self-storage facility alongside the N7 in Milnerton, less than 20 minutes from central Cape Town. Its three standard unit sizes are 2m x 3m, 4m x 3m and 6m x 3m, on the ground or first floor, plus indoor first-floor units reached by stairs or a hoist. Units are built from pre-cast reinforced concrete panels, are 3m high, have galvanised roller doors, and each has lights and a power point.

Tenants have biometric access 24 hours a day. The site has a 6m perimeter wall, CCTV and on-site security with armed response. Leases are month to month, no debit order is needed, and a free forklift with an operator helps with heavy loads. Small businesses may work from their units, and the facility also stores boats, cars, caravans and trucks and sells packaging.
