About
Store-It Gants Plaza Strand is one of two sites run by Store-It, a family business that has offered self-storage in the Helderberg since 2014. The Strand facility in Gants Plaza has larger units than its Somerset West sibling, a mix of custom-built indoor units and container units, suited to bigger storage needs.
A guard is on the premises to let customers in safely, and tenants bring their own lock. No deposit is required: customers pick a unit, sign a simple contract and pay the monthly fee, with a minimum stay of one month. Store-It lists five unit sizes across its locations. Access follows business hours, on weekdays and Saturdays.
