The Hive Business & Storage Spaces

The Hive in Stephanopark, Vanderbijlpark, combines business office space and self-storage units on one site. It serves Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Sasolburg and the wider Vaal Triangle.

Storage units come in various sizes for furniture, stock, tools, equipment and business overflow, and are let to both households and businesses. Each unit has its own lock, the site is covered by 24-hour CCTV, a guard controls the entrance and a night guard is on duty. The Hive advertises extended access hours beyond office hours. The site also has on-site parking, off-grid power infrastructure, reliable internet and its own coffee shop, BREW Coffee STOP.
