About
Big Storage in Retreat is a branch of Big Storage, a Cape Town company that rents self-storage units to private customers and businesses. Its website covers both long-term storage and short stays for people between homes or offices.
The company states that security personnel look after the units non-stop, with cameras and alarm systems, and it lists temperature-controlled storage among its services. No deposit is charged, subject to terms, and units can be booked online. Big Storage runs a van removal service with several van sizes and wrap-and-pack assistance, and supplies packing materials such as boxes and bubble wrap. Insurance for goods in storage is offered through Old Mutual Insure.
