Storageland Westlake is in the Westlake Business Park near Tokai, serving Cape Town's southern suburbs. It is one of three Storageland facilities, with Ottery and Sun Valley. Units are lock-up concrete storerooms in five sizes, from a quarter-garage unit of 4.5 square metres to a double-garage unit of 36 square metres, including a top-floor size of 21 square metres. Furniture and boat storage are offered.
Access is available 24 hours a day with an individual security number, though visits between 8pm and 6am must be arranged with the office in advance. Security staff are on site around the clock, and cars can drive to the unit door. There are no fixed lease periods: rent covers only the days goods are stored, and a refundable deposit applies.
