Country Storage

Country Storage is an owner-run storage business in Darling on the West Coast, about 25 km from Yzerfontein and 43 km from Cape Town's outer suburbs. Founded in 2017, it serves residents and businesses in Darling, Yzerfontein and the greater Cape Town area. Its self-storage units are brand-new 6m shipping containers, roughly the size of a single garage. It also rents 6m x 3m parking bays, either covered or open, for cars, boats, caravans and trailers, and bigger areas can be arranged on request.

The site has a 2.6m wall, electric fencing, access control and 24-hour manned security. Each container can take up to five padlocks, the fifth inside a tamper-proof lock box. Customers lock their own units, and staff do not hold keys unless asked to. The business also sells new and used shipping containers with transport.
