About
Dam Safe Self-Storage is near Hartbeespoort Dam and rents shipping-container units and covered parking. Containers come in 3 m, 6 m and 12 m lengths, all 2.4 m wide, and every unit has a lockbox. Optional shelving can be fitted inside. Covered stands of 6 by 3 m, 6 by 6 m and 12 by 3 m take vehicles, boats and caravans, along with an executive stand closed on three sides and a 9 by 4 m bay that can be made lockable.
Security includes 24-hour video surveillance, gated access and individual unit alarms. Access runs from 06:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and Saturdays, with shorter hours on Sundays and holidays. Short and long-term rentals are available. A booking needs a one-month deposit plus the first month in advance, and rent is paid by debit order only.
