About
T&T Mini-Maxi Storage in Brits has rented storage to households, businesses and students since 2006. Units range from 3 by 3 m to 3 by 8.5 m, with roller shutter or swing doors, alongside 2.4 by 6 m containers, small lockers and space for cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans and boats.
An electric fence surrounds the property, high-resolution CCTV covers access points, corridors and units, and staff patrol day and night. Units are on alarm monitoring with a 24-hour response service. Every client is registered on an access control system and can enter from 05:00 to 20:00. Tenants fit their own padlocks. Rentals are month to month, with a deposit equal to a month's rent and online bill payment. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and heavy-duty locks are sold on site.
