Unit sizes are 6.5 m² (compact), 7.7 m² (half garage), 8.6 m², 12.4 m² and 15.9 m² (standard single garage). Units are on the ground and first floors, with two 1.5m-wide staircases per block for the upper level. Some ground-floor single-garage units can hold a vehicle. There are no electrical plugs inside the units.

The site has 24-hour CCTV, access control and floodlighting at night. Tenants use their own lock. The minimum rental period is three months. The site is open from 07:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and weekends, with limited assistance during those hours, and the office is staffed on weekdays.
