About
Nico Trust Self Storage is on a farm property at Krokodildrift near Brits, on the R512 close to the N4 towards Brits and Rustenburg. It rents units in ten sizes, from 3 by 3 m up to 7 by 9 m and 4.3 by 10 m. The units have white roofs, which the company says keep them 5 to 10 degrees cooler inside.
Driveways are fully paved and trucks can reach unit doors. On-site guards are on duty 24 hours a day, CCTV monitors the perimeter, and entry is limited to registered users through a biometric system. Tenants lock units with their own padlocks, which guards check daily, and no keys are kept on site. Access follows office hours only, with no after-hours entry. Payments are month to month, and proof of identity is required to sign.
