About
Premier Self Storage and Parking is a family-owned storage yard in Olympus, Pretoria East, operating since 2008. Its units are airtight, waterproof and resistant to vermin and ants, 2.5 m wide in lengths of 3, 6, 9 and 12 m, from 7.5 to 30 square metres. Steel-roofed covered parking bays of 2.9 by 7.2 or 8 m have prepaid electricity meters, and open bays take caravans, boats, trucks and machinery.
The gated premises are entered with an access code given only to validated clients, and wheel clamping is available free on request. Contracts run month to month with a one-month deposit and no early-termination penalty. Work, repairs and live electricity inside units are not allowed. Units are used for household contents, e-commerce stock, archived files, tools and materials.
