PTA Storage

PTA Storage rents brick lock-up garages on a private, owner-occupied property in Willow Glen, Pretoria East. All units are at ground level with roller doors, so customers can drive a bakkie or trailer right to the door. Standard sizes are 12, 18 and 20 square metres, with a few 9 square metre units, one 36 square metre double and open bays for caravans, trailers and boats.

The walled property has electric fencing, gate access opened from a phone, and cameras recording the entrance, driveways and unit rows around the clock. Tenants fit their own lock. Access runs from 06:00 to 18:00 every day, including public holidays. Rental is month to month with a calendar month's notice, and the deposit covers the final month. Goods are stored at the owner's risk, so tenants arrange their own insurance.
