That Storage Place

That Storage Place is a self-storage facility in Paarl, reached from the N1 at Exit 57. It has four standard unit sizes: 16, 18, 22 and 32 m². All units are on ground level with drive-up access for large vehicles. The company says a 16 m² unit fits a one-bedroom home, an 18 m² unit two to three bedrooms, and a 22 m² unit two to four bedrooms. The 32 m² unit works as a mini warehouse for items such as a boat, caravan, trailer, golf cart, motorbikes or a large 4x4.

Tenants have biometric access 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and there is 24-hour on-site security. Units can be booked or quoted online. A security deposit of two months' rent and a debit order are required.
