Crown Information Management - Cape Town

Crown Information Management in Philippi, Cape Town, is a records storage operation for businesses and other organisations. It belongs to the Crown Worldwide Group, a privately held company established in 1965 whose other divisions include Crown Relocations, Crown Fine Art and Crown Logistics.

Crown stores physical records and electronic information and retrieves files for clients when needed. Its other services include document scanning and indexing, media management, secure data destruction, digital contract management and digital invoice processing. The company says it designs each records system around the client's compliance and workflow needs rather than selling an off-the-shelf package, and the Cape Town office keeps weekday hours.
