About
StorageMania is an owner-operated self-storage facility in Philippi Industria, Cape Town, a few minutes off the N2, running since 2013. It keeps three standard unit sizes: 3 by 3 m (about 9 square metres), 3 by 6 m (18 square metres) and 6 by 6 m (36 square metres). The two larger sizes have drive-up access for cars and trucks.
Vehicles, boats and trailers can go in open or shaded outdoor bays, an enclosed unit or a covered boat yard, and truck fleet parking is quoted separately. Armed guards are on duty around the clock and HD CCTV covers the gates and corridors. Tenants fit their own padlock and keep both keys. Rentals are month to month with a refundable deposit, and move-in within 24 hours is possible. The company can refer customers to a moving partner.
