Units listed on the website run from 4.5 to 36 square metres.

The company says security staff watch the units around the clock, backed by cameras and alarm systems. Temperature-controlled storage is offered. No deposit is charged, subject to terms. Units can be booked online. Big Storage also runs a van removal service with wrap-and-pack help, sells boxes and bubble wrap, and arranges insurance for stored goods through Old Mutual Insure.
