Self Storage Estate Pty (Ltd)

Self-Storage Estate is a brick-and-mortar self-storage facility on Furrow Road in Equestria, Pretoria east, with easy access from the N4. It sits on a panhandle plot that cannot be seen from the road and is surrounded by security estates on all four sides. The site says the building materials help keep stores cooler.

Security includes a perimeter wall with electric fencing, cellular access control instead of tags or codes, gate and site lighting, an alarm with 24-hour armed response and alarm sensors on every unit door. Only the tenant has access to their store. Leases run for at least one month with two weeks' written notice, and new tenants pay a deposit with their first month. Hazardous and illegal goods are not allowed, and the office is cash-free.
